Still need more information?

I don't know anyone else who's attending. Will I fit in?

Absolutely! We designed this conference with female pediatricians in mind and we’re limiting registration to keep the event intimate. Everyone who’s attending will share common goals and experiences and we’ve created events to help introverts and extroverts alike find their tribe.

What does the conference registration fee cover?

Unlike other conferences you have attended, the Women in Pedaitrics Retreat is almost all-inclusive. We’ve taken care of every little detail from food and transportation to personalized educational content and consulting. We’ve also added a few optional activities in case you want extra time for relaxing or an opportunity to see the sites.

Are CME credits available?

We are not offering CME credits for this event.

Are you offering a virtual option?

Not at this time. We have missed seeing your faces in person so much this past year that we are focusing all of our eneregy on creating the best in person experience possible.

What’s not included?

You are responsible for any hotel-related fees, including room nights, taxes, and other charges. Your lunch on Friday and Saturday is not included. Because we know some people may have to depart home early on Sunday, we’ve made the Sunday brunch an optional add on. We’ve also given you the option to participate in the beach break on Saturday afternoon. We know some people may prefer a quiet afternoon around the resort instead. Finally, airport transfers are not included but can be provided for a fee. Contact us for details.

What is a mastermind group anyway?

Mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills and to help you set and achieve strong goals.

Tell me more about this 1:1 strategy session.

Each registrant will have the opportunity to pre-book one appointment for a 1:1 consultation with the industry expert of their choice. We’ll have folks from areas such as practice management, financial advising, public relations, life coaching, and more. During your sessions, you’ll focus on the goal you’ve set during the retreat, and with the help of your advisor, you’ll map out a path to get you there.

What is your cancellation policy?

Registrations are non-refundable but are transferrable. In the event the retreat is sold out, we will keep a waitlist and assist with ticket transfer for a processing fee of 10%.

If you need to cancel your hotel reservation after August 19, please contact us directly.

Where is the conference being held?

At the Grand Hotel Golf Resort and Spa in Point Clear, Alabama.

How do I make my hotel reservation?

Hotel reservations are not included in the conference registation price. Reservations for our room block can be made here. Rates are as follows:

Deluxe Resort View $269/nt

Spa Building Resort View $289/nt

Bayside $319/nt

Spa Building Marina View $339/nt

Can I come early or stay later to enjoy my time off to the fullest?

Yes, our rate is available two days before and after the event, based on hotel availability.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, please contact us for more information on transfers from Mobile Regional Airport or Pensacola International Airport.

Can I bring my family?

We’ve designed this event as a time for you to focus on YOU without the usual distractions that keep you from getting your personal CEO work done. All of our conference events are limited to registrants only so the networking and friendship building continues in and out of the conference room.

What is the deadline to reserve a hotel room?

August 19. After that time, we cannot guarantee rate or room availability.

Can I share a room with someone?

We’re happy to help match up roommates. Send us a note with the contact form below, and we’ll let you know if anyone else is looking for a roommate, too!

Is this event tax-deductible or expensable?

Well, we’re not accountants or lawyers, but it sure seems like it should be. Make sure you chat with your tax professional to find out.

Thanks to our supporters!
